Browsing data: to run the website and protect it from abuse, the hosting server automatically records technical data such as IP address, date and time of the request and browser type. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security of the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Newsletter: we process your email address and chosen language to send you the Friday newsletter. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time through the link in every issue or by writing to info@lovegarda.eu.
Availability requests for experiences: we process your name, email, date, number of people and message to check availability with the business running the experience. This data is shared only with that business, which processes it as an independent controller. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Partner enquiries: we process the details of the business and contact person (name, email, phone, message) to answer the commercial enquiry. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Processors: Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form handling), based in the United States. Transfers take place under the safeguards of Articles 44 et seq. GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). The weather panel queries the Open-Meteo service directly from your browser, which receives your IP address to answer the request.
Retention: availability and contact requests are kept for 24 months, newsletter data until you withdraw consent, and browsing data only as long as needed for the security of the service.
Cookies: this website uses no profiling or analytics cookies and no third-party tracking tools, and fonts are served from our own server. That is why we do not ask for consent when you open the site.
Your rights: you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing (Articles 15-22 GDPR), at any time by writing to info@lovegarda.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or the authority in your country of residence.
